Biography
Born in South Florida in 1993, Ayo Papo — known as "Papocito" — grew up moving across the state, absorbing and being shaped by the competitive spirit of Fort Myers and the Latin and R&B sounds of his household. The result is a signature style of uniquely pocketed compositions that carry the warmth, grit, and groove of the South.
Inspired by the genre-defying artistry of Sam Gellaitry, Dominic Fike, and Kid Cudi, his music is melodic yet raw, polished yet deeply personal. His singles Gushy featuring LocalHotBoy and Jook Jook featuring WhoDidIt? highlight his ability to blend infectious energy with intentional lyricism — and his upcoming project Juice Worth The Squeeze is set to be his most ambitious work yet.
With a refined sound and a clear vision, Papocito is stepping into his moment.
